We used "LoadKeyboardLayoutW" external function to change the keyboard from English to Arabic in the itemfocuschanged () event.
This is working without any issues in PB10.2 (both tab focus and mouse clicked). But after migration (10.2 11.5) this itemfocuschanged () event is not triggered for some of the fields. Hence those Arabic fields are entering with English letters (even if use tab focus / mouse clicked).
