problem with importstring datawindow xml when migrating from PB 9.0 to PB 11.5

Hi,
  I have a problem in importstring datawindow xml when I migrated from PB9.0 to PB11.0. The xml template has not changed when migrating.

But the values in PB11.5 are not coming in the correct order.
is there any encoding needs to be done in the datawindow xml template?

please help me in resolving this issue.
